Author Interview: Amy Metz

How old were you when you knew you wanted to be a writer?

Forty-eight. I’m a late bloomer!

Who are your favorite authors? (Please limit your answer to five or ten.)

Robert B. Parker, David Rosenfelt, Chris Knopf, Michael Connelly, Michael Lee West, Rick Bragg, John Sandford, Dennis Hart, Dr. Seuss, A.A. Milne . . .

What genre(s) do you write?

I write cozy mysteries because I write down what the characters tell me and that’s what it turns out to be. I’m also tinkering with a thriller and a chick lit book.

Where can people find your work?  (to purchase or just to read)

Amazon carries the ebooks and paperback versions, Audible has book 1 in audiobook form, and you can ask your local library or any bookstore to order all four in paperback form, if they haven’t already.

If you could feature just one title, what would it be?

Probably book one, Murder & Mayhem in Goose Pimple Junction. It starts the series, but it’s also been the most popular.

Nope.
